PARIS, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) — Following are the overall standings after stage 5 of the Tour de France on Wednesday as former yellow jersey holder Julian Alaphilippe fell to the 16th place after being handed a time penalty for illegally receiving provisions near the end of race:
